As a pupil, please refer to these terms and conditions:
Please pay for all lessons on the day or 24 hours in advance of the lesson date.
Blocks of 10 hours can be payed in advance for a discount, this will allow you to book up to five lessons in advance.
Lessons cancelled without 24 hours notice are charged at the normal rate.
Lessons with myself do not guarentee a successful 1st attempt pass; this is assessed by a DVSA examiner & based on candidates performance on the day.
Please inform me if you are taking a break from lessons or your place may be lost.
Tests:
An instructor withholds the right to not
use their car for the test if they feel the required test standard is
not met or unsafe driving traits continue – This will be advised by the Instructor at least 5 working
days before the test date to avoid loss of test fee for the candidate.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are not given for late cancellations or no shows.
Refunds are given for left over lessons once passed or when requested under special circumstances.
Refunds are subject to a 20% loss due to the costs/time involved, the tax payed and/or added bookkeeping fees.
Refunds are refused if over a month has passed since the last lesson before asking for the refund. This is due to the spaces being left for the lessons that did not take place.
Rescue Lessons:
Rescue lessons are for new pupils with previous training.
This may include pupils changing instructor half way through training.
2 hour mock tests prior to the real test having not been taught by MrCarrs.
Remedial training after failing with another school.
